POWDER COATING

WHAT IS POWDER COATING?
Powder coating efficiently and effectively coats products with a harder, more durable finish than traditional liquid coatings.
Paint (in dry powder form) is applied to the substrate using an electrostatic charge.
Once applied, the powder is cured at high temperatures (approximately 400° F), which causes the powder particles to liquefy and bond.
Powder coating works best on electrically conductive materials such as steel, aluminum, and cast-iron.
